Returns & Exchanges
We are only able to accept returned items if they are for the purpose of an exchange. If you require an exchange, you must purchase your new item from the store prior to sending back your old item and inform us by email that you intend to exchange your item(s).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received and must also be neatly folded in the original packaging. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange any items that have been worn.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to accept returned items.

We will require proof of purchase in order to process your exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for discounted items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service for returning items. We are not liable for returned items not reaching us.
